Inside a party
Real Pop Scientists at work
First, invent a fun scientist name and write it on your badge in Sharpie. Lab coat on. Goggles down. Then the experiments begin.
What happens in the lab
Suit up
First, each child invents a fun scientist name of their own. Then they put it on their badge and suit up in a mascot-branded lab coat and goggles.
Accept the mission
The Head Scientist opens a Top Secret Lab Mission and kicks off the experiments.
Experiment
Kids take on fun group challenges and a Mystery Flavor Challenge before creating something of their own.
Create
Choose the Pop. Add the Drip. Pick the Crunch. Finish with a Lab Effect.
Inject and shake
Add a Flavor Serum, seal the experiment and get ready for our signature Great Lab Shake™.
Graduate
Every child names their creation on a certificate and takes home their own recipe plus a popcorn box with popcorn, toppings and fun experiments to try with their parents.
And the birthday child?
They become the Head Pop Scientist
VIP treatment, they open the secret mission and they lead the entire Lab in the Great Lab Shake countdown.
Party FAQ
Answers for parents and event organizers
What setup do you need?
We bring the full Pop Lab station and handle all setup. A standard party just needs one or two folding tables and access to an outlet, indoors or in a backyard. We arrive 30 to 45 minutes early so everything is ready before guests show up.
Who handles cleanup?
We do. The Pop Scientists pack up the station, bag the mess and leave your space the way we found it. Toppings may drop during the Great Lab Shake, but that is part of the fun and part of our cleanup.
How many kids can join?
The Party Experience is built for up to 8 Junior Pop Scientists, which keeps every child hands on. For 9 or more kids, school festivals or larger events, contact us and we will design a scaled setup with extra stations and staff.
What about dietary needs and allergies?
Every experiment is made fresh in a shared kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat and eggs, so we cannot guarantee an allergen free product. Tell us about allergies when you book and we will flag them in the Lab. We also offer simpler builds like Princess Pop for kids with specific needs.
Can you come to a school festival or field day?
Absolutely. School festivals and fairs are a favorite booking. We scale to high-volume service with multiple stations, adjust to gym, cafeteria or outdoor spaces, and coordinate with your staff on arrival windows and student flow through the event organizer before the date.
How do I book and when is payment due?
Fill out the booking form on this page with your date, address and group details. Payment holds your date, and payment plans are available. If we cannot cover your date or location, we refund you in full.
